FMH is the largest provider of supportive housing in the Grand Traverse area.  Read about some of our projects below.

Titus House
Provides single room occupancy for two chronically homeless women.  This home was purchased in 2010 with a grant from HUD and a 1:1 match from FMH.

12th Street Apartments
Provides housing for four tenants in four one-bedroom apartments.  This facility was purchased and rehabbed in 2001 by FMH with a MSHDA MI HOME program loan.

Three Mile Apartments
Provides housing for four tenants in four one-bedroom apartments.  This facility was purchased and rehabbed in 2001 with a HUD housing acquisition grant and MSHDA MI HOME program loan.

Woodmere Ridge Apartments
Provides five family units and six one-bedroom apartments and built in 2005.  Woodmere is a tax-credit project financed with a HUD grant, MSHDA HOME loan and FMH equity contribution.  Tax credits were purchased by Huntington and Fifth Third banks.

Bay Front Apartments
Provides housing for seven tenants in seven apartments.  Bay Front is a tax-credit project funded with a MISHDA HOME loan and credits purchased by Huntington and Fifth Third banks.
