| Titus House Provides single room occupancy for two chronically homeless women. This home was purchased in 2010 with a grant from HUD and a 1:1 match from FMH. |

| 12th Street Apartments Provides housing for four tenants in four one-bedroom apartments. This facility was purchased and rehabbed in 2001 by FMH with a MSHDA MI HOME program loan. |

| Three Mile Apartments Provides housing for four tenants in four one-bedroom apartments. This facility was purchased and rehabbed in 2001 with a HUD housing acquisition grant and MSHDA MI HOME program loan. |

| Woodmere Ridge Apartments Provides five family units and six one-bedroom apartments and built in 2005. Woodmere is a tax-credit project financed with a HUD grant, MSHDA HOME loan and FMH equity contribution. Tax credits were purchased by Huntington and Fifth Third banks. |

| Bay Front Apartments Provides housing for seven tenants in seven apartments. Bay Front is a tax-credit project funded with a MISHDA HOME loan and credits purchased by Huntington and Fifth Third banks. |
