How We Serve
FMH Housing makes rental housing affordable through the use of state and federal grant and community contributions to provide rental subsidies to 76 rental units at scattered sites throughout the community, assisting 98 people who have special needs and very low income. The supportive services vary but are always designed to help the formerly homeless individual experience success and achieve housing stability. The “support” assures access for the tenant to flexible and individualized services – clinical, medical benefit advocacy, daily living skill development, educational, vocational and more.
